Welcome to the Xoluwyn Shoulder and Upper Back Program. This 8-week beginner program helps you build strength, stability, and better posture through your shoulders and upper back. You will learn how to activate and strengthen key muscles that support everyday movement and help you feel more open and confident. Each video guides you step by step with your coaches as they demonstrate and move alongside you. The workouts progress each week to match your growing strength and can be done at home or in the gym with minimal equipment. By the end of the program, you will feel stronger and more comfortable in every lift and reach you make. Start your journey to a stronger, more confident upper body, one workout at a time.

+ One video released each week for 8 weeks

+ Equipment: (1) mini-loop resistance exercise band, (1) long resistance exercise band, and (2) 1-3 pound dumbbells

+ Certificate of completion

This program is for people who have finished physical therapy and have been told by their doctor that it is safe to return to normal activities and exercise. We are excited to help you keep moving forward, and we will see you in the first video.
