Course Rundown
Welcome to the Xoluwyn Foot and Ankle Advance Program. This 16-week advanced fitness program helps you move with more strength, balance, and control through your feet and ankles. You will be introduced to dynamic balance and movement training that improves the way your body reacts, stabilizes, and performs. Each video guides you step by step with your coaches as they demonstrate and move with you. The workouts gradually become more challenging each week and can be done at home or in the gym with minimal equipment. By the end of the program, you will feel more confident on your feet, ready for every step, stride, or lift that comes your way.
+ One video released each week for 16 weeks
+ Equipment: (1) long resistance exercise band, (2) 1-10 pound ankle weights, and (2) yoga blocks
+ Certificate of completion
This program is for people who have finished physical therapy and have been told by their doctor that it is safe to return to normal activities and exercise. We are excited to help you keep moving forward, and we will see you in the first video.
