Course Rundown

Welcome to the Xoluwyn Foot and Ankle Basic Program. This 8-week beginner program helps you build a strong, stable foundation from the ground up by focusing on strength, balance, and control through your feet and ankles. Each video guides you step by step with your coaches as they demonstrate and move alongside you. The workouts increase in challenge each week to keep you progressing, and you can complete them anytime at home or in the gym with little to no equipment.

+ One video released each week for 8 weeks

+ Equipment: (1) mini-loop resistance exercise band, (1) long resistance exercise band,  (1) pen or pencil, and (2) yoga blocks

+ Certificate of completion

This program is for people who have finished physical therapy and have been told by their doctor that it is safe to return to normal activities and exercise. We are excited to help you keep moving forward, and we will see you in the first video.
