Course Rundown
Welcome to the Xoluwyn Hip Advance Program. This 16-week advanced program helps you build hip strength, stability, and control so you can move with more power, balance, and confidence. Through guided workouts, you’ll develop agility and smooth, dynamic movement that improves how your body reacts and performs in everyday life or during sport. Each video walks you step by step with your coaches as they demonstrate and train alongside you. The workouts progress each week to keep you challenged and can be completed at home or in the gym with minimal equipment. By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, quicker, and more balanced in every step, stride, and turn.
+ One video released each week for 16 weeks
+ Equipment: (1) mini-loop resistance exercise band, (1) pen or pencil, (2) 1-10 pound ankle weights, (1) small half foam roller, a bench or supportive couch, and (1) sports ball or light weighted ball
+ Certificate of completion
This program is for people who have finished physical therapy and have been told by their doctor that it is safe to return to normal activities and exercise. We are excited to help you keep moving forward, and we will see you in the first video.
