Course Rundown

Welcome to the Xoluwyn Knee Basic Program. This 8-week beginner program helps you build strength, balance, and confidence in your knees and lower body. You’ll learn how to activate key muscles, improve stability, and move more freely in your daily life. Each video guides you step by step with your coaches as they demonstrate and move alongside you. The workouts gradually become more challenging each week and can be completed at home or in the gym with minimal equipment. By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, steadier, and more confident every time you move.

+ One video released each week for 8 weeks

+ Equipment: (1) mini-loop resistance exercise band, (1) long resistance exercise band, (2) 1-2 pound dumbbells, (2) 1-10 pound ankle weights, and (1) dowel rod or broom stick

+ Certificate of completion

This program is for people who have finished physical therapy and have been told by their doctor that it is safe to return to normal activities and exercise. We are excited to help you keep moving forward, and we will see you in the first video.
