Course Rundown
Welcome to the Xoluwyn Low Back Basic Program. This 8-week beginner program helps you build strength and stability from the inside out by focusing on your core. You’ll learn how to activate the right muscles, improve posture, and move with more control and confidence. Each video guides you step by step with your coaches as they demonstrate and move alongside you. The workouts increase in challenge each week and can be done at home or in the gym with little to no equipment. By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, more balanced, and supported in every movement you make.

+ Equipment: (1) mini-loop resistance exercise band, (1) long resistance exercise band, and (1) floor mat
+ Certificate of completion
This program is for people who have finished physical therapy and have been told by their doctor that it is safe to return to normal activities and exercise. We are excited to help you keep moving forward, and we will see you in the first video.
