Course Rundown
Welcome to the Xoluwyn Shoulder and Upper Back Advance Program. This 16-week advanced program helps you build lasting strength, control, and mobility through your shoulders and upper back. You will learn how to activate and strengthen the muscles that support better posture, improve upper body control, and help you move with confidence and ease. Each video guides you step by step with your coaches as they demonstrate and train alongside you. The workouts progress each week to keep you challenged and can be completed at home or in the gym with minimal equipment. By the end of the program, you will feel stronger, more open, and more confident in every lift, reach, and movement you make. Start your journey toward better strength, posture, and performance, one workout at a time.

+ Equipment: (1) mini-loop resistance exercise band, (1) long resistance exercise band, (2) 1-25 pound dumbbells, (1) medicine ball, and a bench or supportive couch

This program is for people who have finished physical therapy and have been told by their doctor that it is safe to return to normal activities and exercise. We are excited to help you keep moving forward, and we will see you in the first video.
